I’m Joyce!  I’m the face behind HomeXperience, and I have spent more than a decade working in various customer-facing roles within the real estate development industry.  Prior to that, I worked in events planning and public relations, where a number of clients under my care were also real estate developers.

I made my way into the world of completions and warranty administration as I was looking to transition from working in an agency to an in-house role.  I was offered the opportunity to try my hand at using my background and skills in communications and marketing to execute the completion of one of the tallest residential buildings in Greater Vancouver at the time.  I quickly fell in love with the unique aspect of homeowner care, where my focus became helping people love the home – the team members that poured their efforts into building someone’s home and the homeowners about the place they chose to call home.  Since then, I’ve also had the pleasure of building and training up various homeowner care teams and educating other departments about the importance of homeowner care.

​As the pandemic forced businesses and people to rethink the way that they lived and worked, so too did our family and our outlook on work-life-family balance.  So began my official foray into the world of consultation and I’ve been loving it since!
